Potpartum Doula Services
I would love to provide you and your newborn with postpartum support. Please reach out to discuss your needs. We can then arrange a complimentary brainstorm/meet and greet to discover your wants and must haves for a smooth postpartum journey. Quick chat on the phone? Reach out at 403 992 2882.
Our postpartum Support Package
$30 hr./ min 3hr shifts to max 6hrs per day.
Packages start at 14 hours. This includes a 1 hour planning and information session pre birth.
Hours: 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri. (please contact to discuss possible alternative hours)

- Providing emotional support and guidance during the postpartum period.
- Offering breastfeeding support and assistance with lactation.
- Providing baby feeding support in any form.
- Helping with newborn care and baby soothing techniques.
- Providing education on newborn care and postpartum recovery.
- Assisting with light household tasks, meal nutrition and preparation.
- Offering resources and referrals for additional support if needed.
- Offering support and guidance on postpartum mental health and well-being for parents.
- Assisting with the transition for siblings.
Virtual Postpartum Doula Support
$50 per week unlimited email support.
This includes a 30 min phone consult to help you plan your week or regroup.
Perhaps you feel like you have all the people you need in the home pre and post birth, but you might need a bit of support planning and/or navigating all the new questions you have now baby has arrived.
